The Check-In for Madeira Island Ultra Trail 2009 (UT105 and Trail50) will be at "Centro de Ciência Viva do Porto Moniz". It is obligatory to all runners make the check-in on this day.

All runners must:
- Present the ID/Passport;
- Present the obligatory material;
- Sign the responsability term;
- Leave a deposit of 30,00 € for the SI Card (only for those who do not have own SI Card). The money will be returned, only after the runner gives back the SI Card;
- Leave a deposit of 5,00 € for the Elastic that holds the SI Card (only for those who want to take it). The money will be returned, only after the runner gives back the Elastic;

Runners will receive:
- Bib number;
- Plastic bag to send personal belongs from the starting area (Porto Moniz and Encumeada) to the Finish (Machico);
- Plastic bag to send personal belongs to Pico do Areeiro (only for UT105);
- Plastic Cup 25 cl, with which runners will use to drink in all controls;
- Voucher to take the bus to the start;
- Tee Shirt;
