Food and Drinks During the Race PDF Print E-mail

During the course it will be offered drinks in all controls and energy food in 4 controls for UT 100, 2 controls in Trail 55 and one in Trail 25. Under goes a description what runners can expect to find in each competition/control:

UT 100

Drinks from CP1 to CP8
- Natural still water
- Isotonic drink (Goldnutrition)
- Coca-Cola

Food in CP2, CP3, CP5, CP7
- Banana in slices
- Orange
- Raisins
- Cereal bars
- Cake
- Chocolate
- Cheese cubes
- Bread
- Water and salt biscuits
- Chicken Broth with fine pasta (only in CP3, CP5 and CP7)

Important: Camelbak or botlles refill with water only in CP1, CP3, CP5, CP7

Trail 55

Drinks from CP1 to CP5
- Natural still water
- Isotonic drink (Goldnutrition)
- Coca-Cola

Food in CP2, CP4
- Banana in slices
- Orange
- Raisins
- Cereal bars
- Cake
- Chocolate
- Cheese cubes
- Bread
- Water and salt biscuits
